Modbuddy and other new tools not in my library

I mentioned this in a mod thread earlier but I think it deserves its own thread.

The new modbuddy and other tools are supposed to be available from the Steam library. Those of us who have access to them say there are 90 tools in the library. In my case there are only 85 of them and none is for Civilization VI.

I tried all kinds of things to get access to these tools. Even changed the Steam server I am downloading from but so far without the wanted result.

Do others have this problem also and did anyone find a solution for it?

I only have 85 tools, but I see both Civ VI Development Tools and the Civ VI Development Assets. Do you see the Civ V and Beyond Earth SDKs? The two Civ VI tools are listed right between them: Sid Meier's Civilization VI Development Assets and Sid Meier's Civilization VI Development Tools.

Thanks for your reply but no, I see nothing from Civ Vi.

but.... I just started Steam anew and I have them now.
