Modbuddy for large mods

It seems that after a certain amount of assets in ModBuddy the build always fails. This makes it impossible to work on larger size mods using ModBuddy. For those who made large mods like this, did you find a way around it or did you just not use ModBuddy?

It seems like just restarting every time (sometimes restarting multiple times) does the trick
