I would like for someone to make a new civilization for me. I'd like it to be the Maxwell Clan. I have no modding experience so I have no idea of how to go about by doing this. For information and history on the Maxwell Clan I have a few sites for you to do research on...

You usually get a lot more positive response to questions if you're working through it, than if you want someone to create it all for you.

Anyways, have a go, once you pick it up it's not that hard.
