Modders Help. What's the textfile to change Leader Names?

Hello guys. I'm new. My name is LiamX.

So as the title says.. I want to have Sejong lead China and change his name to Tang Taizong. Wu Zetian on the other hand will lead Korea and change her name to Queen Seon Deok. I don't want this in just one game, I want this applied in every game everytime I open Civ5.
Why you ask? I love China and I would love to have my favorite leader Taizong lead that country instead.

I have successfully swapped their nations. Now, I just can't find the text file to change their names. I've been going at this for days, I have no luck. No luck in google as well.
Anyone with a bit of experience in modding, please help.
Don't know if this helps but I have the latest expansion Brave New World.

Sejong's name is defined in this file:

..\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC\DLC_05\Gameplay\XML\Text\en_US\CIV5GameTextInfos_Leaders_Sejong.xml

Wu Zetian's name is defined in this file (somewhere near the bottom).

..\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\Gameplay\XML\NewText\EN_US\CIV5GameTextInfos_Leaders.xml

If you're running another language than English, replace en_US in the file path by the language abbreviation of the language you use. E.g. FR_FR for French, etc.
The file paths seem to be independent of whether you have G&K or BNW (I have both, and only found one reference to the leader names, which is located in the folder of which DLC/expansion/base game added them).
Don't forget to add the <feminine> tag for your 'new' Sejong and removing it for your 'new' Wu Zetian
