Modding an improvement with district adjacency bonus

Hello, I found a Mod called Merrick's Palmyra and I wanted to edit the unique improvement. I was trying to make it give a standard adjacency bonus to holy sites, but somehow it does not work. This is the code i edited:

I can't see anything wrong in that but when I test it ingame, the improvement does not give any adjacency bonus for the holy site.
I would be glad if anyone could help me out and I'm sorry for any language misstakes.
 
I don't see any issues right away. Did you check C:\Users\PC\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs for any errors?
