Modding Question regarding Team functionality

Hello,

Please let me know if this is posted in the wrong forum. I was wondering if it is possible to modify the team functionality of Civilization IV, so that Wonders do NOT effect the whole team, but only the player that builds it (example Collosus or Great Wall). Also, is it possible to remove the extra 50 Great Leader point penalty that all teammates recieve when a Great Leader is born? It seems silly that Philosophical race recieve a punishment in team games, but Industrious get a massive boost.

You can't modify the team functionality in general, but you can choose for each wonder, if it shall be shared. <bTeamShare> in Civ4BuildingInfos.xml.

For Great People look into GlobalDefines.xml, there should be something like GREATPEOPLE_THRESHOLD_INCREASE_TEAM (might be misspelled) to set the corrlation between teams.
