So, I started editing and adding new stuff to the religion xml files in civ 5 but when I start to play a game, its says that a religion as already been founded and enhanced, so I can't found a pantheon but 5 religions (in a standard size map) can still be founded. So, like, what's happening? did I go over some limit? is there some other file I need to edit to add more beliefs?
