Modification to Civ2

Long time since I was last here. Great to see it still thriving.
Q: Is there an easy way to switch the colours of Barbarians (Red) and the set of civilizations such as Celts, Romans, etc (White) ?

Yes. In the cities.bmp file, down where the civ's flag graphics are, there's a coloured bar (by default the same as the civ's default colour) above the box in which the flag is. If you change the colour of that bar, the civ's colour will change to the same. The barbarian flag is first, not last, from left on that display, and then players 1 to 7 from left to right.
