[R&F] Modify border growth speed

Does anyone know how and in which file (probably an xml file) to modify border growth? I wan't to speed it up a lot.

Look in the GlobalParameters.xml. I believe the relevant lines you want to look at are:

• CULTURE_COST_FIRST_PLOT (First Ring) (Lower = Faster)
• CULTURE_COST_LATER_PLOT_EXPONENT (Second & Third Rings) (Higher = Faster)
• CULTURE_COST_LATER_PLOT_MULTIPLIER (Second & Third Rings) (Lower = Faster)
