I tried to create an account on the wiki but it is currently broken.

When you try to sign up you get a PHP exception:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wfgetip() in /home/civmod/public_html/extensions/Check_Spammers/CheckSpambots.php on line 67

I think it might actually be disabled. At least by accident.
The captcha system was broken at some point and it got overrun by spam bots, so as emergency measure registration was deactivated.
I think we had not bothered to fix it, since there was not any activity at that time anyways.

Might be worth considering fixing, I guess.

You may consider it broken until further notice (which... yeah... not sure if it'll be fixed anytime soon).
