Mods won't install

Every time I try to install a mod I get the same message "WinRAR: Diagnostic message" and there in list on an of errors, usually numbing from 500 to 1000. It's so annoying!

- which mods did you try?
- Are these files .rar files or something else, .zip, .tar.gz or .7z?
- Did you try to re-download the files? Could be, that the download got corrupted.

Okay, then i would suggest you to use instead of WinRar 7zip (it's free).
WinRar has obviously some problems with 7z files, but 7z itself should not .
