SIP, worker, warrior, settler. Settled the plains hill north for gold x2, cow and wheat. Capital was just a monster in this game, I love the charismatic trait. Chopped out stonehenge, GW and Mids. With the gold that is a happy cap of 11 (early) in capital while running rep

.
While the capital wonder spammed, the 2nd city pumped out swords and a settler to found the rice and copper city. When I had about 8 swords I attacked Brennus, took out his source of iron early and was able to destroy him in the BC's. His cities kind of sucked except for Bibatrict (sp?), until civil service and biology. I cottage mostly everything (except his other cities that were in the plains, which I eventually farmed) and then I took my troops and moved them down towards the dutch.
Settled a few other cities, teched to construction and started pumping out city raider 2 catapults in the capital. I declared on the dutch using swords and pults. I eventually settled the horse and sugar city in the south and then started pumping out numidian cavalries. The dutch provided zero resistance, I was surprised WVO didn't settle more than 5 cities by the time I declared, but oh well. Conquered the continent by 1120 AD and then took out the two remaining barb cities and settled the rest of the continent. I think I had 20+ cities by this point.
I wonderspammed and got everything I wanted except Parthenon. Bibatrict was helpful, getting TGL, Great lighthouse and eventually became my GP farm (not optimal, but this game was won after Brennus was dead so I wasn't playing optimally.)
Got lib around 1120 as well and took democracy, built SOL in capital. Bibatrict (sp?) built the Taj shortly after and I revolted to rep(already in), emancipation, free religion mercantilism and bureaucracy. With Rep + SOL + Merc, even new cities produced +6 science just using 2 citizen specialists

When I revolted, I had about 600 bpt, but afterwards had around 1000 using 60 or 50% science rate.
Rushed to econ, then back to compass, optics etc. Mansa meets me and then Pacal. I do my FIRST tech trade of the game

to get priesthood and a bunch of other techs that I had neglected. Eventually started a third golden age and switched to US, communism and free speech. While this hurt the science of Carthage and everywhere else for the short term (due to the -3 bpt for rep), it paid off in the long run since I had so many mature cottages in the empire. Thought about founding mining inc. and sid's sushi. But the game was over so I was just rushing through it.
Built up the army, upgraded the numidian's and swords to rifles and cavalry. At this point, Carthage was pumping out units with 9 experience points as I settled all my great generals. I was able to create medics without using my great generals which was rather awesome. I slowly built up my navy, met washington and sitting bull. I declared ASAP on sitting bull because I frankly hate him and all other protective leaders. He would not capitulate so I just destroyed him. Then declared on Washington, who had rifles by this point (which sucks because my cavs were all almost level 5 units

. I took washington, NY and chicago and he capitulated.
During this point I had bribed the other leaders to war with each other to slow down their already meager tech rate, Mansa asks me to join in his war with pacal and sure, why not? By this point I have tanks. Take mutal and another city and he caps.
Domination in 1780. I didn't even bother to build factories or levies because I was just rushing units. 150k score is not too bad on monarch level.
In all honesty, If there were not continents, I would have never stopped warring with catapults and swords. I'm thinking about trying this map on immortal which would be my first game on that level not using HC or Darius. If this was Pangea, I think domination would be possible by around 1000 Ad. Fun map and game.
