yes it is. For proof, just look at the end of the url: '#nl' which refers to the Netherlands.

I signed up, but i see what you mean by it trying one's patience. It is also frustrating that certain streets are completely unavailable; not owned, yet unavailable.

Slightly OT, does anyone know a free monopoly server for playing against people over the tinternets? It would be best if it wasn't random opponents too.

I and a few friends are trying to buy up our neighbourhood. Most interesting streets are taken, so I'm stuck with the sub-urbs. I recommend buying about 2.5million in streets and then a few buildings. Use all of your money it comes back quick.

I can't seem to access the game reliably, so Ive given up. Seeing as how I live pretty close to Infinite Loop, all the decent streets around me are taken. No, scratch that, all the streets are taken.
