More Commands Mod?

Is there some sort of mod that lets you have more commands for your worker, such as build a road or railroad to a specific location? I've seen this in many pictures and videos like this one:

Any help would be appriciated.

It's the advanced unit buttons option. No mod involved. Just go to preferences, and check the box that says "Advanced Unit Buttons".
