More Nations?

I was wondering if there's a patch to civ2 to make there be as many nations as you want. I'd have great fun playing against 200 computers on diety

Nope, 7 civs max including barbarians.

However, you can edit your game.txt file to get less than 3 civs, to a minimum of 0 enemy civs.
