More people should visit the tech support forum.

It isn't so much to ask. Everytime you come to CFC take about 2 minutes away from spamming and answer some of the tech support questions that are being asked. Many of them are posted by new members and it's really depressing to see them getting ignored because no one seem to care. I try my best to answer some of their questions but I'm no expert at Civ technical stuff.

Well, to tell the truth, neither am I. So I didn't visit much there, since I don't even play Civ regularly. I was expecting them mods to do all the answering though...

(Un)fortunately, I've never had a serious problem with CivIII - only one ever crash - so I don't have CivIII-related experience to call on. I like to feel I know about computers, though, so I will see if I can contribute.

Well, I regularly visit the Computer Talk Forum in the Colosseum, because there I can sometimes help people. Whenever I visit the Civ3 Tech Support forum, about the only reply I can ever give is:

"Gee, I dunno. Let's hope someone comes along with the answer."

So I have pretty much quit visiting there.

I don't necessarily mean Civ 3 tech support as some of you seem to assume. The Civ 2 tech support gets ignored just as much.

I don't really play Civ3 much nowadays. Just boring, for some reason. As for Civ2, hadn't touched it with a mile-long pole since my schooldays.

Yeah, I don't play much either. As for Civ2 I only play scenarios, the regular game has bored me.
