More than 18 CIVS

I've made some big maps (360x180 and 440x200) and wanna play with more than 18 civs.

I've played sometimes like that a year ago, but I lost my notebook and the archives inside it (including the mod that allowed me to play with more than 18 civs)

Please I need help with it, what should I do? What archives I need and what changes I must do?
