[BNW] More Zoom Out

This is basic but who knows how difficult it will be. I want to zoom out more in Civ 5 BNW. Just a tick or two. Any clue on what to modify to allow this? Hoping it's not some traditional-style hardcoded mess. Thanks!

I have looked through the code for a way to do this before and I suspect it is hard-coded. Hopefully, someone will prove me wrong!

You can zoom in closer by changing "Minimum Zoom Level" in config.ini (I use 8). If it were possible to zoom out more, I think the setting would probably be in the same place.
