They should have generic lines specific to the area/city as well as particular MCA ones for hiring/services. Check your settings on installation, those lines must exist!I tried some of the mods listed. I already have the official ones installed, and the Better Bodies/Heads one. I tried Morrowind Comes Alive, the first thing that happens when I leave the census office was a bandit came to attack me, but the guards killed the bandit. The main problem I found with it so far is that the NPCs that are added are usually only named things like "Rogue" or "Knight" and have no responces apart from Solstheim.
I love most of it! Just wish it didn't each so much of my memoryI like the Balmora Expansion.
There are even a few mods out there that combine all the creature mods.... I, personally, rarely used them. Vvanderfel is populated enough as it is.I also tried the LGNPC mods, and various mods that add animals like dogs, cats and birds.
I found a couple of ones that have options like give food, give drink and travel together. Most of them don't have anything. They should have generic lines specific to the area/city as well as particular MCA ones for hiring/services. Check your settings on installation, those lines must exist!
