Most balance map?

Hey hey there...

So give your opinion about what type of map(s) you think is the most balance and why.

Begin :)
 
I'm a fan of great plains, the tiles are very and predictable/similar so you don't get horrible/incredible starts (unless you get lucky with natural wonders).
 
I like Inland sea because its resources are generally evenly spread, and it forces players to both focus on land and naval units to be optimal. In addition, each player is always sandwich from 2 other civs, causing alliances or defensive strategies. Diplomacy is a fun part of the game, if you can get an ally, good for you. However, fail diplomatically and you'll soon find yourself fighting a two way war.
 
but inland sea isnt balanced because the map isnt random i think small conts is most balanced or fractual.. it makes all the units useful instead of getting all ground or all navy.
 
Inland sea, East vs West, N v S, or my favourite: skirmish, ideally plains, or any terrain except global.
Yes you dont get to use all units so if you random civs some naval civs are not as useful. But tiles are more balanced and that makes more impact.
