America proposed peace multiple times but I couldn't get him to cede his cities for the last 10 turns or so. I was wondering if this was a bug so I accepted the deal without any cede cities in the trade screen (they were still presented as options), and lone behold I got the cities no problem. Is this a bug for everyone? I unsubscribed to all my mods on the steam workshop page to get the Nubia update.
