Move Buttons to Primary Monitor?

I have a three monitor setup and would like to know if there is a mod or a way to move the action buttons from the left monitor and the right monitor to the center monitor. I love this three monitor setup but i hate having to tilt my head and move my mouse way over to the left and right monitor to perform my actions.

I cannot answer your question directly except to say playing on just the center monitor would accomplish this. I will try to help though by point out that most common task can be done with keyboard commands. I've sped up my games significantly first by taking to keyboard commands and then mapping my Logitech G600's side buttons for many of those common commands. Things like B makes an Archer shoot or a Settler found a city for example.
