Moving Artwork when the window won't scroll

When my Civ grows large enough, the great works window won't show everything without scrolling, which makes it difficult to theme my buildings. When I try to drag a great work to the left or right to get it to another building nothing happens so I can't theme my buildings. What am I missing?

I find that very frustrating, too! Sometimes I'm lucky, that I have a museum or building that is in the "middle" that I can use as a staging point to move from the far left to the far right. But even that is super slow, since the game keeps you from moving the same work again right away.
I don't know how to fix it in the base game. Does anyone have a mod for moving great works around, to make that screen have a scroll bar?

Do you have drag and drop or single click enabled for moving policy cards/great works? I single click on the work and scroll with my mouse wheel over to where I want the work to go. Go to the options menu -> Interface -> Enable replace drag and drop with clicks.

Thank you, Highwayman, I'll give that a whirl. For clarity, there is a scroll bar on the great works window, but it just won't scroll when drying to drag a work to the left or right so hopefully this does the trick.

It works! Although I use a touchpad so I have to kind of relay my great works across open slots, but either way it's better than it was. Thank you.
