Moving maps from mod to mod?

I am working on a mod, for fun, and I wanted a clean earth map. I was going to transfer the maps from the startingpoints mod. I placed them into the private maps of the new mod, but when I go to play a scenario I still have to load startingpoints and therefore cannot play with my mod. Sorry if that was extremely confusing... Is there any suggestion of what to do?

Open the maps with a text editor (rightclick, open with wordpad/notepad), and you'll see this line at nearly the top of the files:

 	ModPath=Mods\StartingPoints

Just change StartingPoints to the path of your mod, and it should work.
