Wouldn't it help if the mods would TELL us if our posts were moved? I spent a few wasted minutes looking for my post that was moved. I was looking for "Site Feedback" until I looked broadly...anybody else agree?

Usually when a thread is moved, there is a redirect link in the original forum. You just click that link to see the thread.

Say what? I don't understand what you said.

Just use the Search function. Search for the threads that you posted in, and you should find the one you need in the top ten. It would save you the trouble of manually searching. Are you suggesting that the mods personally tell you that you posted incorrectly, or translated, that your time is more valuable than theirs when you made the mistake? I'd say you took enough of their time by posting in the wrong forum, and there are better ways they can spend their own time - for the good of the site and forums, and for the value of their own time which they generously volunteer to keep this site working so well.

Maybe an apology (or a thanks) would be in order, and not another "whining about the mods" complaint thread.

A good policy might be to post in the correct forum in the first place.

Exactly what I was thinking when I was reading the first post :goodjob:

If your going to waste a Mods time by making them have to move your thread then its only fair that you have to waste time trying to find it again.
