MP runtime error on load

Since the patch, my regular MP friend and i have been having trouble with loading saves. Games start fine, run fine, and save fine. The saves are there, so are the autosaves, but when we try to load a MP game, on or the other (or both) of us get runtime error, and civ crashes. We're both on Windows 7, and have never had this problem before this latest patch.

Any idea whats going on?

Bump, same issue, same OS
