Mules?

And what about chocobos?

Hmm, is that a new trade item that I did not know about?

Depends if it's a fat chocobo, or a regular one or course, sheez!

Fat or regular, you just need to make sure the load is balanced. Do not put two fat Chocobos on one side and two regular Chocobos on the other. One fat and one regular Chocobos on each side. Of course, is one Chocobo is really fat, then you might need to have the fattest one by itself.

If the load is not balanced, you end up with a very unhappy mule, and unhappy mules tend to want to spread their loads all over the landscape. Not sure about llamas.

But what if you have a black chocobo?

Timerover51,

A chocobo is a bird-like creature that you can often ride on in the Final Fantasy series of games http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chocobo. We're all WAY off-topic. Wark!

Thank you, Spoonwood, I have been enlightened. However, from looking at the definition of chocobo, you could use them as pack animals as well, so not totally off-topic.

I believe many scenarios use a 0 movement treasure unit that requires a military unit to carry it to a victory point location to cash it in. This avoids the whole "cheating" issue: it takes an effort to cash them in, and they can't be cashed in just anywhere.

Yes, the New World scenario uses that, and it took me a while to figure that out, since it was not stated anywhere that you had to basically attack the treasure unit to get it.

You could make the unit be produced at x shields and when its disbanded at destination (read: dropped off) it gives y shield (enhanced with time, probably 60% of the amount put into it at first and then increasing)

As a Side note, how about a horse unit that can carry foot soldiers.

Rodent, it´s a pity that both doable concepts cannot be handled by the AI. They were tried several times.

And then they upgrade to useless.
