In multiplayer a bad player can mess up everyone's game by spamming chat with large font insults that fill up the screen and make it hard to play.
Recently someone did this for 20 minutes, including 10 minutes after their civilization had been wiped out.
Solutions:
1) allow players to disable chat.
2) allow players to vote to boot someone (consensus minus 1)
3) not allow large font chats (partial solution)
