Multiplayer game?

Anybody interested in having a multiplayer game set up at some point? FYI you'd need to have the mod installed as a mudpack before you're able to have a multiplayer game, but I think it'd be fun! In order for this to work, we would need everybody participating updated to the latest version in order to play.

If anybody is interested, we can work together to create a set of rules and possibly have this be a recurring thing.
 
Today I tested the newest version on multi with firend and with Barbarians its unplayable due to resyncs each 2 turns
 
Sweet. Let's talk rules, what kind of things should we have such as no quitting, no events, ...
How about only human players with map size chosen by number of players? I like pangea the most, but continents or communists are ok too.
I suggest quick pace so everyone have enough time to finish it.
No barbarians, because I heard they make desync often.
I prefer no bad events, because some, especially burned farms, are very annoying. Maybe no events at all if only good events would be imbalanced.
No tech trading, because it's too exploitable.
Maybe it's good idea to pick random civs, so not everyone pick mighty Zulus :P Or semi-random, so you randomly get 3 civs and pick one of them.
As for quitting, I would allow it when the player lose his capital or majority vote that his irrelevant.

What do you guys think of those settings?
 
Today after 15:00 CEST, tomorrow after 9:00 CEST, Monday after 18:00 CEST, rest of the week after 9:00 CEST
