Multiplayer patch?

Hi,
Is there a multiplayer patch to apply to the original game?
Or do you have to buy one of the expansions?

you have to buy either the PTW or Conquest expansion packs. buy the Conquest expansion pack because everything that is in the PTW pack is in the Conquest and you also get a lot more stuff. also the multiplayer is a lot better under Conquest.
