Edit: I feel this might be important - this is happening in Gods and Kings based games where one player has BNW (I have BNW my friends do not).
I've only seen this strangeness occur with the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus and the Temple of Artemis. Once the issue involved just the Mausoleum, the second time both the Mausoleum and the ToA were involved, both times were in multiplayer games (pit-boss I believe, with hybrid/simultaneous play).
The two instances of strangeness occurring are not identical but I believe they are related, and I think it's no coincidence that the two wonders from Wonders of the Ancient World that weren't included in BNW are being effected (since BNW must be interacting with it in some way to add the Statue of Zeus to BNW?).
-In the first instance someone who said they were constructing the Mausoleum suddenly stopped doing so and was unable to continue work on it. I could see the option to build it, but it was faded out in the usual style when you're building that wonder in another city (faded, red text: Only 1 allowed in the world).
-In the second instance I had already constructed the Mausoleum when my friend told me that his ToA had 'finished' but hadn't appeared. After we hit one of those annoying loading screens that pop up in multiplayer sometimes (due to desynch?). The Mausoleum had disappeared from my city and the ToA had taken its place. I began rebuilding the Mausoleum that very turn but next turn it was back to being out in the usual style when you're building that wonder in another city (faded, red text: Only 1 allowed in the world) as I mentioned in the earlier example.
I'm really glad we were playing a game as allies against a bunch of AI rather than some competitive pvp game when this happened. We tried saving and reloading to no avail.
