Multiple theming affecting amount of tourists from other Civs

Theming bonuses seem pretty bland/half-heartedly implemented at this point (i.e. none for writing or any of the wonders, what is implemented is a straight-forward pattern matching that doesn't improve on Civ 5).

I'd like the ability to theme in multiple ways, and have it affect the number of tourists depending on how other civs are themed.

For instance: you have a museum of themed Religious Art. It draws +50% tourists from France because they have no themed religious art museums, but -66% from China because they already have a lot of religious art. But you can theme based on era, and your themed museums of Medieval art draw a lot more tourists because no one else has medieval art. It makes theming more active, and gives reasons to find out what other civs have and re-arrange as possible.

For artifacts, I think it would be cool to be able to make museums based on a civ, and draw more tourists from that Civ - i.e. the themed museum of 3 Chinese artifacts draws more Chinese tourists. If you are China, a themed museum of Chinese artifacts actually gives more culture, but a lot less tourism (i.e. boosting your 'defensive' tourism). It would encourage people to go abroad or stay domestic for artifacts depending on their victory condition aim.

I wish they had expanded theming in Civ V.

Unfortunately, Civ V theming is currently better than Civ VI theming.

No theming for Wonders (Great Library, Broadway, Hermitage, Sydney Opera House).

The vast majority of artifacts are Ancient era. Would be nice if you could alternatively theme based on artifact type (3 Javelins or 3 Mummies).

Art theming is horrendous. You can't even theme Sculpture until the ATOMIC era!

Writing and Music are all interchangeable. There is no incentive to trade.

I hated theming in CivV, because of the UI of great work management. You couldn't tell arts and artifacts apart, you couldn't see the era nor civilization without looking at the tooltip. It was a nightmare trying to find the best arrangement. Plus you always had to check what kind of combination you need for a specific building (sure, you remembered it for the basic buildings, but wonders were special).

The new system seems to be simplified and I like it, but hate it for many other reasons :D
And the UI also needs some serious tweeks :) For example the icons could be smaller so that you wouldn't have to use the scrollbar so early.
