Must-have mods?

Hello everyone!
I'm really sorry if this has been asked yet - as I guess -, but I couldn't find anything similar in the forum, so I've opened a new thread.

So, the question is really simple:
Which are the CIV 5 mods you absolutely MUST have?

To be honest, I'm not enjoying the base game as I did for Civ IV (and let's not talk about Civ III), so I'm wondering if there's some big modpack you should have to make the game a lot better while we're waiting for the new Gods & Kings exp.
I remember that CiV IV had these BIG modpacks adding tons of new techs, civs, or game features.
Does CIV V have something like this?
Or what would you suggest to download? I'd like to make the game (which I find rather boring, actually, since tons of features are missing) more enjoyable overall?

I've just found out the Civ V unofficial patch + Vanilla enhanced, which I guess must be one of the biggest mods around!

I'll start installing that, but if you have any other suggestion, please let me know!

at the very begging I used the mod that nerfed horses because they were just horribly over powered and made things to easy. but since I learned you can't get achievements while using mods and official game patches already balanced them I really don't use any now. Though I think the "info-addict" mod a very tempting one myself.

There's really no "better" mod...you gotta go check it out for yourself (sounds tedious?)
