So I wanted to make a game where only tech advances you can make were ancient and classical eras...so I decided to go and use the World Builder...boot up my BTS copy and it doesn't have the World Builder :O

What do I do?!@?!?!?

You have to be in the middle of the game for WorldBuilder to show up. Anyway, I don't believe its possible to limit eras in WorldBuilder, but you can go into the XML file (don't edit the original, copy into a mod or Customassets folder) and then set bDisable to 1 for any tech you don't want in.

Not necessarily in the middle, you can access it from the very first turn if you want to. But it's not a seperate function or program, you need to be in the game itself to open it.

Yes, go to the options during the game (by pressing esc) and select "Enter World-Builder". Or click cntrl-w while you are playing.
