My game won't load...

My game won't load. It worked fine yesterday, I restarted my computer for an unrelated reason, and now it won't load:

I've tried running as administrator specifically, disabling Windows Defender, updating it, and adding exclusions to it, restarted several times, and still no luck...

Thoughts?
