Mylon Mod for 1.61 / Warlords?

Hi there,

is there a version of the Mylon Mod that runs on 1.61 or Warlords? If not I'm going to attempt a port if anyone is interested :)

I don't know of such a beast, so I'm still playing 1.52 and Mylon mod on my laptop, since I find it such a rewarding experience... if you were to port it to Warlords, you would gain my gratitude, for one. :goodjob:
 
Well, I would first port it to 1.61 and then to Warlords (if that is possible at all).

I've finished porting the XML stuff, most of it work nicely now, but there are problems in the Python scripts. The City interface doesn't work 100% yet (no resources displayed).

However, I have been able to fix the "Bureaucrat icon misplaced" bug.

Ok, here is a first version of Mylon Mod 0.33 for 1.61.

1) Not all modifications to the interface (from 1.61) have been incorporated yet. I hope to finish that today.
2) Bureaucrats display in the proper position now.
3) I need tons of testing

I've played for a while now, and there is something wonky about the food calculation. The city screen displays food bonuses and a growth calculation. The mouse-over information in the map view gives a different food count and turns-to-grow count that seem to be the ones that are actually used.
 
This is most interesting:

The Food Bonus calculation is perfectly in order, but the added Food from Resources (like Rice, etc) is not taken into account for whatever reason.

Bureaucrats display in the proper position, but their amount cannot be modified.

I've meanwhile ported all changes from 1.61 into the Mod.
 
Tried your MOD out all is ok so far, but suggest that you change that stupid lone star to the R/W/B in the Americans, thx. I just copied another MOD's TeamColor and America.dds over to your mod and it works great, just my opinion.
