Hello. I havent been to this section of the boards yet, but knew it was only a matter of time with the open ability made for users to mod the game in 4.
Sorry for the n00b questions but,
Currently I am wanting to do basic game speed adjustments. I have seen posts about change <elementofgameplay>#</element> although I havent been able to find these resources.
Could anyone please point me in the right direction. I feel like I am passing right over it. I have all the software I need for doing this included with the game files right? (Python/XML)
After I get the game to run at the speed I prefer I would like to get into unit skins. But one thing at a time. Anyone that is willing to help I appreciate it. I have had very basic/little software experience.
