(NAB) Can't view my cities

There is no more "eye" icon within my cities to view the city, it's buildings and wonders.

IIRC, the city view is turned off in the scenarios. If you're playing an epic unmodded game, then please include a save game.

They did this on purpose. It isn't a bug.
