(NAB) Hospitalbug?

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I'm at work and I don't have time to check if it has, so I'll just start a new thread.

Last night I was playing an OCC game as the Greeks and when I was nearly through the Industrial age I noticed Athens was size 15, but I hadn't built a hospital yet. (picture/proof in the next post)
So, a bug?

Does it have Shakespeare's Theatre? They added a new benefit to that wonder where the town that has it doesn't need a hospital.

Yes, it does!

I didn't know that about shakespeares.
So this is definately no bug.

Yeah, they really ramped up that wonder this go around. A lot of players build it in a core city in preparation for quick completion of ToE...
