Does Napoleonic Europe the scenario in Conquest Expansion Pact have accurate historically events? or just a scenario?

It is rather accurate to a certain degree. The map, the empires, the armies and leader names etc. It's not a complete playback of the Napoleonic wars it's open for you to play it out yourself though.
