I am trying to figure out if some of the Narrative events are generic and can be earned by every Civ or Leader. I've yet to notice any that have repeated across different leaders or civs.

I know some state in the text that they apply to the Leader or Civ you are playing as but others don't.

When the Narrative pops up there's an image in the backround, but i can't decide if it's merely showing who you are playing as, or if it's also referencing who the narrative belongs to.

There defeniately are generic events, the 19206/17906 thing is applicable to I think virtually all, as are the free codices you get from a tired person or whatever.
