Friends, we need to finalize a decision on our national identity before the game can be created. Interest in naming died out a couple of days ago, so I present to you without further comment the proposal which got the most interest.

Code:
Name: Citizens
Formal: Fanatannia
Noun: Fanatannians
Adjective:	Fanatanian
Title: The Great

Even though this spelling goes against the rules of English pronunciation (double consonant is rarely ever preceded by Long A [AY] ), it is indeed based on the spelling of Britannia.

So, I'm down wit it and stuff. U numsayin'?

I don't like the title, nor the name. Unfortunately, I don't know of any alternates. Perhaps we could find something British and put a DG-twist on it? King _______ ?

..........Zoichester? I like it! :D

I didn't see the Citizens part either, but I guess I am neutral on it.

So, it will read The Great Citizens of Fanatannia. That's not so bad.

That's the idea -- Chieftess posted a sample of what it would look like in the discussion thread.

Half the time I forget the name of the civ I'm playing, :crazyeye: so at least its better than most names I could come up with.

Name: Citizens
Formal: Fanalishia
Noun: Fanalish
Adjective: Fanalishian
Title: Archroy

Just thought I'd provide some sort of weird pronunciation alternative.

If our title is "The Great," then won't we have "We Love The The Great" days instead of "We Love The King" days? Or am I just confused?

Don't really care for all of these Fana' names, so I voted no. I would have prefered something historical.
