Nations where they belong

Hello everyone. I have a question. In old Civilisation 2, when I picked map Earth, every nation started where it belongs. I mean Chinese in Asia, English in British Island, French in western Europe etc.
How can I do the same in Civilisation 5? I have tried everything. I pick Earth map, but starting positions of every nation is completely random. Is there any mod for this? Thank you.
