Need a new Graphics Card

My GTX 580 just decided to die (artifacting even on the Bios screen), so I need a suggestion for a new one. It must be able to play games such as BF3 at ultra settings at 1080p. I'm thinking maybe a GTX 770 or even a 760. I don't want to spend a lot of money though...Any suggestions?

GTX 760 and 770 are both top options at their price points.
