Need Help from Islam Knowlegeble people

Hi
First post here...

My idea is to make another Religion mod...just for cosmetics sake...and I need some help, not technicaly about the game, at least not yet but about the 3 divisions of Islam that I want to implement...

1. The Sunni
2. The Shiites of the Twelve
2. The Ismaili Shiites

I need to make the symbols of the Religions and skins for the missionaries...
Can someone point me to any source of information on the web or otherwise give me some clues about this subject...thanks

Wikipedia has a ton of info about the various factions of Islam. In terms of symbols, I would just try google images search something like "sunni icon" or "sunni symbol" you should get a fair number of results.

If that isn't enough help I may be able to find some books for you. I am an Anthropology major but my focus is on eastern cultures.

What kind of information do you need about Islam? I know quite a bit about it because of my history class I'm taking this semester.

How about including the Sufi, rather than two Shi'ites?
