Need Help making 3D Model for Unique Unit

Please help! I've tried for hours to get a 3D Tigger model into the game for my Tigger unique unit and I've gotten to the point where I have a .gr2 file and a .fxsxml file, and I'm unable to get the model to show up in game; the closest I've gotten is a spazzy black glitch which makes the screen flicker. However I've tried using other .gr2 models from other mods to test with and their models load into my mod fine.

Basically I'm pretty sure that the problem lies with my tigger.gr2 file, which loads into the game but causes the game to glitch out. I've compared values between the tigger.gr2 and other working .gr2 files and I can't see what they're doing which I'm not. I found the model online but I'm happy to make one from scratch using blender or something if there is something irreversibly wrong with the tigger model I already have.

The models I'm using right now are really basic; all I'm trying to do right now is get a model in the game without a texture or animation; I can do this with other .gr2 files but not my own one. After I can get a 3d model, hopefully the textures will be relatively simple and I honestly don't even want an animation. I've attached the tigger.gr2 file if anyone wants to test with it.

Thanks for any help, I'm out of ideas at this point and need someone who knows more than me.

Download Granny Viewer. It won't show you textures, but at least you'll see the model. In this case, there's NOTHING to show, so I'm guessing you didn't "select all" in Blender before exporting.

If another of your attempts worked better, you may also be having issues related to animations. I'm not sure whether you NEED at least the one idle animation or not (I'd at least export the idle animation for the tank and rig your tigger to a bone), but I think you also need a custom ftsxml (trigger file), referenced in your fxsxml, with the animation events removed (and like the other art files, set to VFS=true in your mod).
