Can someone please convert it to dds, make Alpha Atlas and all resized versions needed for game?

You don't need Photoshop to make .dds files, I use GIMP and it worked just fine for me. Here's the GIMP Plugin I used to export: http://registry.gimp.org/node/70 I've also heard that Paint.net supports dds export, but I've never used it, so I can't tell you for sure. On a side note, the sponsor icon you've drawn doesn't really fit in with the other icons, and looks like it might be ever so slightly too big, but that's honestly being nitpicky on my part.
