so im really new with computer games in general, and i want to get the bug mod. if someone one could give me an extremely simple walkthrough of how to use it that would be nice

Download, install. When you launch Civ4, launch as an admin if your computer uses Vista. That's it, no further instructions needed.

The mod has a help file that explains many of the features and how to configure it. Hit ALT + CTRL + F1 to open the file.
