need you guys to explain what these terms are

ok..i been playing around with the unit abilities and i need some explanation on some of these terms...ive attached what i think they are...tell me if im wrong or not..

wheeled: means u cant cross mountain without a road

blitz: uh..i have no clue

nuclear weapon: does the 1/2 pop dec in cities and mass destruction and pollution and all that good stuff...

stealth: i understand how this work in air, but how does it work in water and land?

turn to attack: what is this?

Yup

blitz: uh..i have no clue
Means you can attack more than once. You can attack as long as you still have movement point left.

I believe you can only see a stealth unit if you move next to it The AI seems to always see my stealth land units
