I think that you've made a good start. No problems with your city numbers or city placement.
I guess the three 'question marks' (and a 'micro' observation) for me would be;
Stonehenge in Capital with a Creative Leader
You're Creative, so already get

in your cities - so I worry that you've doubled up here when you could have done something else with your build. You're now destined to run the risk of popping Great Prophets in Thebes, which looks like for a while it could act as your principle

source given all of the food resources, and I don't think that Great Prophets is what you're after.
Expansionary Technologies
I can see your desire to get to Optics (currently on Compass) and start finding more neighbours, but you've got a huge chunk of good land that could be settled comfortably once you had Currency and Code of Laws. I'd be inclined to get those two technologies and increase your empire's size. You're also one technology away from Literacy, and The Great Library's still in play. To me, just a question of priority - but I think that while the seafaring approach makes good sense, you've got room to expand further but held back due to commercial issues.
Thebes
I'd be a bit inclined to drag out the whip and see-saw with Thebes given the food and that you're in Hereditary Rule so you can address temporary whip weariness with military

. You can comfortably run the second Specialist Scientist at times when you want to slow population growth.
Workers
Tiny micro comment: You've hooked up a Winery, which is great. Rather than building a road on the Mine near Heliopolis, he should be working on one of the other two Wine tiles.
Again - all looking good!
